  The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Getting to view the grizzlies bears up close (safely!) is an experience we will never forget.

  We reserved and paid for a cabin that was supposed to be pet friendly, we specifically ask for pet friendly as we're travelling with two dogs.We paid an extra $50 for both dogs. Apon arrival the lady at the front desk said the dogs couldn't go in the cabin and had to stay in the vehicle. They would not give a refund. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this resort.

  Everything about this trip was wonderful.The location was one of the most scenic we ever encountered.The staff were exelent.To see the bears in their natural habitat just doing what they do was amazing.Words and pictures could not do justice

  This place is amazing! They put us up and treated us like royalty when highway 20 out of Bella Coola was closed due to forest fires. Many thanks to Gabby, Courtney, Rebecca and all the staff for the genuine concern, help and generous treatment. You turned a frustrating and worrisome situation into a very comfortable and enjoyable stay :) I'd recommend it to anyone and hope to come back to check out their skiing and fishing tours.

  Grizzly bear tour was fantastic. Overwhelmingly fantastic experience. Great food, comfy room, top class service and amenities including sweat lodge, spa bath, pool table, gym, exceptional restaurant and bar. Just great.
